The seller

You are buying from buitekas.lt (info@buitekas.lt).

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Your order

The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable or was listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

Delivery

We deliver to EU member states within the times shown on the product page and in our shipping policy, and in any case within 30 days of your order unless agreed otherwise.

Withdrawal and guarantee

You can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of delivery (14 days required by law), and every product has a 2-year legal guarantee. See Returns & right of withdrawal for details.

Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at info@buitekas.lt; we reply within 24 hours on business days. If we can't resolve the issue, you can contact your national consumer protection authority (in Lithuania, the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority).

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
