Where we ship

We deliver to all European Union member states.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery then usually takes 6–12 business days. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window based on today's date, and you'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Products ship from our partner warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package. In any case, we deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree otherwise with you.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on orders over €50 and €4.99 otherwise. The shipping cost is always shown before you pay.

VAT and customs

All prices are in euros and include VAT. There are no extra customs fees or VAT to pay on delivery within the EU.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email info@buitekas.lt and we'll resend it or refund you in full.
