Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several packages, it starts when you receive the last one.

We extend this period to 30 days. To withdraw, tell us before the period ends with a clear statement, for example an email to info@buitekas.lt with your order number. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.

Sending items back

We'll reply with the return address. Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.

Items should be returned complete and in their original packaging where possible. You're only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what's needed to check what they are, how they work and their features.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used, at no cost to you. We may wait to refund until we've received the items back or you've shown proof that you've sent them, whichever comes first.

Faulty items: 2-year legal guarantee

If an item is damaged, faulty or not as described, you're covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. Email us a photo and we'll repair, replace or refund it free of charge, including any shipping.
